( I understand, then again you have played in enough rpgs with me already you should no I don't god mode. It isn't that big of a deal though. )
Matt walked up to the school. I wonder why the Proffesor wanted Magneto to run a school. How could he trust him like that? Oh well, the Proffesor knows what he's doing. He entered the school and found himself face-to-face with Magneto. It was strange seeing Magneto without his helmet on. During the war he had always worn it so the Proffesor couldn't get inside his head. Magneto welcomed him to the school and pointed him to the guys dormitories.
Matt headed over to the dorms and found his room. Nobody was in it yet so he chose the right side of the room and started setting his stuff up. He didn't have much. Just his laptop, some bedding, school supplies, pictures of his family, and his most prized possesion that he kept tucked away, his x-men suit that he had used in the war. He finished setting the room up and decided he needed to work out. He went outside and found a perfect area to work on his flame control.
Dana-Jade rose from the bed and began to pack away her things. Her mind was reeling about what she was to expect at this school. Her knowledge of the war and of Magneto's past was the major contributor to her distrust of the man. And when the Professor asked her to keep an eye on him, she wouldn't let him down, nor would she be quick to trust Magneto.
She pulled a number of books from her bag, and set them in order on her dresser.The majority of them had been written by her favorite author, Ted Dekker. The man had a history of writing novels that combined drama with action. Two things she enjoyed.
It wasn't long before she ran out of room on her dresser. The Circle trilogy, and Thr33 were the last books she could manage to squeeze into the remaining space and the thoughts I'm gonna need a bookshelf... passed through her mind, and she stood there, shifting her weight, and scratching her head, trying to think of a place for the remaining books.
DJ eventually resulted in having a tall stack of novels beside her bed. Temporary, until she bought a shelf to put them on.
She finished unpacking the rest of her things and made her way outside her room to explore. When she turned a corner to enter the lobby, she almost walked right into the man himself, Magneto. "Oh, um, I'm sorry." she muttered, trying to act polite, "Excuse me."
She tried to continue past, but was stopped again by Magneto, "Dana-Jade, right?"
"DJ is fine." she replied, then continued with a simple greeting, "Magneto."
"DJ. Welcome to the House of M. Make yourself at home." he welcomed her warmly, but that alone wouldn't allow her to trust him. For, she too, was great at putting on an act, which made her cautious to look out for the possibility of others doing the same. "You may not have any classes with any, but I hope you'll become great friends with some of the students, and maybe even the faculty."
"Uh," she muttered, "thanks, Magneto." and she made her way past him and into the lobby to look around.

Matt went through a intensive work out until he was exhausted. He decided to head into the cafeteria and grab something to eat.
(Hi Christ is Calling. Good to see you again. I have finally found time to play again. I devote plenty of time to checking this site plus my own rpg forum that I run. Ted Dekker is an amazing author by the way. One of my favorites along with Frank Peretti.)
"Tanyanita, huh?" Alicia looked up for a minute, then back at her computer screen. "Interesting name. 'Course, not as weird as some of the names I've heard....Once I knew a girl named Candle Light. Dead serious," she added with a chuckle.

Beau Hirsch shifted his backpack from one skinny shoulder to the other and removed one earphone of his iPod before knocking on the door to his room. Nobody answered, so he pushed the door open. His roommate had obviously already arrived, judging from the suitcase already on the floor.
He shrugged off his pin-covered messenger bag and let it fall to the floor, dropped his suitcase at the foot of his bed, and sat down. It was fairly spacious, but rather plain. Oh well; he could put up posters later. For now, however, he busied himself with unpacking.

Stella smiled, her mind though, was searching, for a voice she hadn't heard since she left New York. They had had a fight, and her brother had silenced himself to her, she wondered if the distance between them was to great to be able to communicate. He was still blocking her out, but she yearned for something to help the home sickness.
((Hi, sorry it took so long for me to get here, my computer is giving me some serious trouble with this site, but here i am now, I made some big changes to Stephen Carter so you might want to read his bio agian. Umm, is their anyone who could be his room mate? but i dont mind him being in a room by himself, he does get along with others that great anyway.))
Stephen walked down the halls fo the school, looking at all the people around him. He could tell the difference from the people who recognized him and those who did not. Those who had not the slightest clue who he was would just walk on by, with out a care. But those who knew who he was gave him a look of suspician. The same look some many of them would give magneto. But Stephen tried not to let it affect him, though he couldn't help but feeling he didn't belong here.
Stephen at last reached his destination and entered the caffeteria. He grabbed a tray and got on line. While waiting patiantly he noticed the guy in front of him. One of the X-men. He had faught him in battle many times, and wasn't even aware he had transferred to this school. The Proffesor probably sent him tokeep an eye on Magneto. Stephen tapped the guy on the shoulder. "Hey, you're HotHands, right?"

DJ made her way across the lobby, and passed by the cafeteria. When she did so, her stomach growled at her, and she realized just how hungry she actually was. She pulled her brown gloves tight, got a tray, and entered the lineup, wondering just what kinds of food they had at the House of M.
I hope it's better than most cafeteria food... she thought, Or Mom's cooking. It had been quite a while since she'd tasted her mother's cooking, and she was thankful. Her mother had this nasty habit of experimenting with new recipes. I'd rather hang myself than to have another one of Mom's Meatball Surprises. She shuddered at the thought.
