Shalom

I don't go for N T Wright as a theologian personally because so far as I understand him he holds that the Jewish covenant ended when Christ came. So there's no meeting point there of our minds really, and his view of covenant permeates his whole theology.
Its great to read theology though, and keep reading, and keep your mind open. Listen to the scholars who present their different understandings (within the parameters of accepting the basic creeds of Christian faith) and anything that challenges us to think more deeply and clearly is good! It is worth looking at how each views works out in practice when lived out, and that can give a good perspective.
Blessings

Religion today is not transforming people; rather it is being transformed by the people. It is not raising the moral level of society; it is descending to society's own level, and congratulating itself that it has scored a victory because society is smilingly accepting its surrender. --A.
