Enchilada Sauce. Anyone?

Hi, I'm looking for a good enchilada sauce recipe. I hate the stuff from the can. If I do use it I'll add some sour cream to it, this is a small improvement. I love the kind you get in the restaurants. Does anyone out there know how to make that??

I also found some at allrecipes.com. Just type "enchilda sauce" in their search bar and it will pop up some recipes for you. I haven't tried any of these so I can't vouch for any of their goodness but I think the one from cdkitchen.com looks pretty good and sounds very easy. I think I'm gonna try it myself next time I make enchiladas.
