· Our staff hand delivered Bibles to Owen Wilson and Paris Hilton last month!

We are praying that they read them and have God's words transform their lives.

Please pray with us that Owen and Paris can experience God's indescribable love!



REQUESTS:


· Please pray for the wife and family of Warner Bros. Executive, Bob Baker who had an unexpected fatal massive heart attack three weeks ago.

It is a blessing that Bob knew the Lord and is with him today. Please pray for the comfort of his family during this time of mourning.



· AFM/AFI (American Film Market and the American Film Institute Festival) are gearing up for their annual gatherings in Santa Monica, CA. from:

Oct. 31 - Nov. 7th, 2007. AFI is world renown for their films and film students. A

FM is the world's largest market where studios and independent producers screen their films to get picked up by a distributor (foreign and/or domestic).

There is a tremendous range of product there from artsy, to touching, to trashy, and everything in between.


Please pray for the hearts of all the buyers and sellers (the producers, distributors, & filmmakers), who scramble for product. May the Lord's peace and joy spread throughout the theatres and meeting rooms!




· Pray for Sherri Shepherd as she has joined the cast of ABC's THE VIEW as a permanent member on Sept. 10th.

Sherri, a committed believer in Jesus, is co-hosting with Whoopi Goldberg

alongside Barbara Walters

Joy Behar and Elisabeth Hasselbeck for the 11th season of the weekday show.


There are other Christians behind the scenes as well and we want to lift them up, asking that the Lord uses them all in unity to love the others into the arms of Jesus through their prayers, their work, their actions and their words!



· Pray for George Clooney who broke his rib in a motorcycle accident last week in New Jersey when a car collided with the motorcycle he was riding.

He's doing fine but we ask that you invite the Lord to overwhelm George with His love and comfort.



· Kathy Griffin won a creative arts Emmy last month for her reality show, "My Life on the D-List."

During the awards the TV academy edited her raucous acceptance speech. In her speech, Griffin said "a lot of people come up here and thank Jesus for this award.

I want you to know that no one had less to do with this award than Jesus."

She went on to hold up her Emmy, make an off-color remark about Christ and proclaim, "This award is my god now!"

Please let's pray for Kathy, that God would melt her heart towards Him.

But be encouraged that the academy found her speech inappropriate enough to edit!

May God's word go out to each person mentioned in this thread and not return void. Lord Jesus have mercy on all as we are nothing but sinners in need of your Loving Grace.
