| Try this:
1/4 pound of butter (use margine if you must, but avoid any wierd spread)
2-3 Tablespoons of lemon juice
2 Tablespoons of Whirchestershire sauce
1 1 /2 teaspoons if white vinegar (just enough to grab the sides of your tougue)
dfa
1 1 /2 teaspoons of curry powder (a little more if you wish)
1/2 teaspoon white pepper (Tabasco will work)
Melt the butter in a pan, add the other ingredents, cook gentle or 3 minutes.
This sauce is wonderful on grilled salmon but works well on the broiler as well.
Bast three times during cooking.
Have you got a recipe for me ? |
