There is just so much going on.

We will have to give up our home in NC to the lender (foreclosure) because no one is interested in buying it and we can't afford to keep it. This means we cannot effectively purchase a new home for some 7 years.

Tough pill to swallow!

Today I got robbed.

I was at a Lutheran resale shop where my purse was stolen. The guy also found my van and took my digital camera. He then tried to come back to steal my van (but me and my friends were sitting inside it waiting for someone to pick us up). We knew he was the one who stole it, my friend saw him with what looked to be my purse under his shirt. He then came back about an hour later and gave us the most hateful look, he stared us down and intimidated me.

The guy used my ATM card 5 times. We don't know how much he took since the charges haven't cleared yet.

All this happened at 2:30pm and it is now almost 11pm. I just got home FINALLY about 30 minutes ago.

I feel so bad.

My prayers are with you. May God bring joy to you despite this time of trial. Indeed, may he use this time of trial to prepare you for something that will glorify him and show you as his faithful and trustworthy servant.

I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

Very sorry to hear all this Confess. I'll offer prayers for you as well.

Ugh, that's tough. We are trying to sell ours so we can move to Ft. Wayne, but alas, this is not a good year to do that. We are hoping to avoid that. We are at the age, where we can't afford to wait that long to start over, and we will have lost a lot as it is already, even if we do sell.

Boy, and I thought I was having problems.

Chris and I will definitely keep you in our prayers!

I hope this doesn't sound trivial or anything, but I would also like to ask for prayer. I have had problems with my . before, but this has been getting ridiculous! In the past 4 or 5 weeks, I have been becoming anemic because of the loss of...stuff. It has been heavier than I have ever seen/experienced. I'm just asking for prayer that it will stop!

Sorry if I offended anyone.

Hope

In no way is this trivial! And certainly not offensive. This can be troubling, painful, and perhaps serious.

Lord, grant your healing to Hope. According to your mercy, strengthen her, encourage her, and comfort her during this difficult time. Through Jesus Christ, your Son, our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
