Prayer

I would ask for prayer from the prayer warriors in this forum. There a couple of sins that I battle with and could use the "prayers of a righteous man (or woman)".

Thank you in advance!

I don't post much in this section of CF... Don't really care for all the debates and everything that was going on... But there is something that I would like for everyone to be praying for....

Here's the full story:

December 11th, my older brother's 2nd kid was born. It was a little boy, and they named him Spencer. Spencer had to spend 2 1/2 weeks in ICU because he had an infection, and wasn't swallowing the formula right. He got to go home just a few days after Christmas.
On January 9th, at 2:30 in the morning my little nephew died. The Dr. said that it was SIDS. Yesterday was the funeral.

Please be praying for my brother and his family. My older nephew (my brothers oldest kid) was really excited to be a big brother. Apparently, when he found out that he had a baby brother he told his dad (my older brother) that it was good because he "didn't want a girl." My nephew is 7 and is taking it really hard.

Please pray for all of them. Baby Spencer was just under a month old when he died...

Here's a picture of him:

Thanks for the prayers. They are much appreciated.

My sister's best friend had a baby girl on April 7th (six weeks early), and she was born with an Omphalocele (her intestines are growing on the outside of her body). Her spinal cord is also too long.

She is a little trooper and is proving the doctors wrong at every turn.

They think she'll be out of the hospital in about 6 months after several surgeries. Her name is Blair.

I'd really appreciate some prayers for Blair, Tiffany (my sister's BF) and their family!

Here's the beautiful family:

I'd like to request that you guys keep me in your prayers for two reasons:

1.) In 2 weeks, I'll be going off to Amazing Facts Center of Evangelism to better learn how to work for the Lord. I'll be there 4 months and it's a big change for me. I'll definitely need the Lord's help in getting through this.

2.) Over the past several months I've developed a bad case of tinnitus (ringing in the ears) to the point where getting good sleep is nearly impossible. Doctors can find no reason as to why I've developed it or why it keeps getting worse. Nothing is impossible for the Lord, though, so please pray for me.

I'm sorry to hear that! My dad has it really bad too, and it has really affected his sleep as well.

I'll send up some prayers right now.

Wow. I'm really late replying to this, but good luck with AFCOE! I want to go there one day, so please let me know how it was.

My prayer request:

1. A lot has been going on over the past while, and I'm really getting worried about my mom. Please pray for her. She's been hurt so many times and keeps getting treated so badly by people that she's turning very bitter to others. It's sad to see, and it's stressing her out so badly sometimes I think she'll have a nervous breakdown. Please pray for peace and such.

2. Please pray for me. God's really been working on my heart a lot lately and showing me a lot of character flaws - things He needs me to work on to better work for Him. It's quite a struggle, although one I'm quite happy about. Please pray that I can stay focussed on Him and not let Satan pull me back down. I want to be all that Jesus wants me to..and there's such a long road to get there! I need this also so I can help those around me find Him. I really suck at witnessing right now and feel this is a step He needs me to take in order to open up to others better.

Thanks guys!
