I love sweets. The only way i can not eat them is to not have them around at all.
If she is like me she simply cannot stand it.
I would walk 5 miles in the snow to get my snickers bar.
But then I found this healthy Chocolate that cures blood sugar problems and you cannot over eat it. |

You should buy some cold turkey as well. |

The saying goes that 'no-one is perfect' and you have to have a strong mind power to make you control your urges. Your body hungers for different types of sugars ie carbohydrates besides sugarcane sugar. That's why you keep getting hungry but your body can't tell you what those sugars are. I find Wheat Bix, Corn Flakes with fruits like kiwifruit, strawberries and many types of common fruit in the supermarket would help you cut down on those snacks.

Well, Jesus ate lots of fish and bread. He didn't eat ho-hos, ding dongs and twinkies. He drank wine.
The answers are there, you just have to read the Bible.
Or you could just see a nutritionist. |

A few ideas... Start a check sheet with how much sugar you buy each day and how much you spend on it each time, then be honest and show a friend daily or weekly. The accountability helps a bit.
I'm writing a blog myself what could give you more information about it http://addictedtosugar.blogspot.com/

Once you eat that first piece of chocolate, there's no stopping.
I found that after about 2 weeks of no candy at all, I stopped craving it. If you can get through this first stage, and keep sweets out of arm's reach, you should be fine.
Keep reminding yourself of the damage this type of food does to you. Be committed and take it seriously. Diabetes is one of many terrible things that can happen from too much sugar.
Good luck! |
