A suicide bomber exploded in Haifa's Maxim restaurant at about 2:20pm Saturday. Ten people are apparently dead, twenty wounded.
The popular restaurant was packed with weekend patrons. A police spokesman told Israel Radio that the attack also involved gunfire. Does the Israeli military have a policy of deliberately shooting or blowing up civilians?
