You may have seen this guy doing all sorts of Magic tricks on public TV. He does what I consider "real" magic. The scary kind. Of the devil in my opinion.
He can levitate(sp?) The camera shows him standing up and all of a sudden he is off of the ground still in a standing position. He is not jumping and it really appears real. They show witnesses on the street freaking out. Some actually run from him. They even have some sports star witness the levitation(can not remember who).
This guy has also frozen himself in a block of ice right in the middle of New York City for all to gawk at for days. He survived when he was not supposed to. I heard he also buried himself alive and survived. I think he is planning to jump off of a building next or something equally insane.
I only mention this, cause everytime I see one of these TV specials I think of the part of the Bible that says that there will be people doing "miracles" in the last days.
Does anybody know that verse I am referring to? Could you post it?
Has anybody seen this guy doing his tricks on TV? What do you think?

David Blaine is a magician in that he practises magic, not magick. The word magic is used in reference to stage magic, to illusions, slight of hand, not spells or evil demons. A good magician is able to pull of amazing tricks through years of practice, or being able to lead the audience to see what he wants. Surviving in the ice is possible though it requires immense stamina and mental ability and is very dangerous.
I don't believe that his magic is a "slight of hand" or due to any training, he is only in his 20's after all. How do you levitate by training?
I agree his eyes are quite disturbing. His mannerisms are spooky too.
I remember reading in the Bible somewhere that magic is of the devil, whether it is "real" or not does not matter. I believe it says the same thing about pyschics and horoscopes, although it doesn't use those same words, something like that though.
Anybody want to weigh in on this? Does anybody know which Bible verse I am referring to?

Well, that website busted Mr. Blaine wide open! What a rip-off!
I guess it is a good thing though.
Thanks Stogus Maximus!

The other day I witnessed mind reading...and it wasn't a crock like i thought it would be. They really read minds...it was very very scary.
Very scary indeed. For if one could read the mind of another couldn't the person also control the mind of the other? Good thing us Christians are armed with the truth.
"I have learned a lot about Reptilians and Fallen Angels from a lot of hands on experts. I was watching CNN when I saw a photo of Saddam that startled me. He had a look in his eyes that can only come from Reptilians, or Fallen Angels. It is a deep hypnotic look, and the eyes that look deep into to yours. It is a very chilling experience! The fallen can turn it off and on at will. When you see the look you will feel yourself drawn into a light trance. "
