I have never used it but I used to work at Best Buy and we sold it there, so I have heard of it. Sorry, I can't be too much more help then that.

Are you using XP pro by any chance? I am honestly not familiar with the program, but I read a review that some were having issues with it running on that version, so just thought I'd share.
