Was this God, or am i going crazy? plz answer

Ok, this happened to me a few years ago, I was with my mom and this lady from our church at our apartment when the lady asked me if i was interested in accpteing christ. i said sure (half-seriously) and so we began to pray. She asked me to repeat what she was saying (i cant remeber the exact words, but accepting christ was definatley in there). when we were done the wierdest thing happened. I heard a LOUD choir singing. At first i coudnt figure out where it was coming from so i searched the apartment looking for the soures, I even looked out the windows and the balcony to see if it was coming from outside but i found nothing. i asked my mom and the lady if they heard it and they looked at me like i was nuts. Thats when i realized that it was coming from INSIDE my head and it followed me everywhere, lasting about 2 or 3 mins. Is this normal for ppl that go to church? Has anyone ever heard of something like this? What does it mean? I'm not a christian anymore(more like the complete opposite) but i cant forget that song i heard. My theory is that its was god giving me hard evidence thats he's there. It was a beutiful song though, the best voices ive ever heard. what do u guys think?

Christ DID say that when one believer repents, all the angels in heaven would rejoice over this. Well, maybe God allowed you to hear what the angels sounded like in heaven Must've sounded pretty cool, though! Anyway, that's what I think what you might've heard inside your head =)

How come you're not a Christian anymore, though?

Well....I honestly don't know what to tell you. God finds ways to communicate with us that we would never expect, but I don't know what that singing meant.

It's too bad that you're not a Christian anymore....is there anything we can do to change that?

I believe you were given a precious gift. The spiritual world is truly all around us. You at that moment, sounds like you accepted Jesus into your heart. It was a very holy and precious moment.

I believe that God was giving you something to remember and hang on to...for dear life.

Your theory sounds pretty close. Jesus said: "The blind see and the lame walk; the lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear; the dead are raised up and the poor have the gospel preached to them." Matthew 11:5

This is true in a physical sense, but it is also true in a spiritual sense. To be born again means that God brings our spiritual sense to life. We can see what God is doing, we can hear His voice and we can speak forth the truth of God in love. We can live free from sin and walk the walk or live the life God calls us to.

It sounds like your spiritual senses were beginning to come alive from the dead. You should have keep going, instead of turning back again. The reason it was so beautiful was that there is no sin in Heaven, so there is no decay or corruption, it is all perfect.

Of course it's not to late, I see you still have a desire for God, He seems to be pulling you here to this forum. I am sure He is wanting to do a wonderful work in your life. To wake you up from your sleep, or to bring you alive from the dead. Thanks, JohnR7
