Please pray for our church !!!
Please spread the word to all of your Christian brothers and sisters and churches. Our church has been being vandalized sense Christmas Eve night by someone. They have tried to burn or church down, stuck a fire extinguisher hose through the mail slot one night and sprayed the whole place with the white foam. They tried to seal our doors shut with glue. Friday night they broke out our front window and graffiti the side walk with words I don't want to say with also the letters 666 and last night they broke out the front door window. Our church is a small church with about 30 members and does not have the finances to pay for the damages that are being caused and if this continues the land lord may tell us to leave. My pastors are very discouraged because this person or persons have not been caught or seen. The church has a surveillance camera, but it hasn't picked up the people. So please ask every one to pray for Maranatha Christian Fellowship in Las Vegas, Nevada and for our pastors Phil and Pam Christino.

There are thirty of you. Cant you take time to take turns staking the church out? When you see someone lurking around and acting
suspiciously, use a cell phone and call the police. Of course, tell the police what you are doing first. Then determine which nights,
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, etc. that the mischief is occurring. Then concentrate on those nights and adjacent nights. Be ready with binoculars so you can record a license plate number if you can.
Also, have a camcorder and or camera with light sensitive film in it. 1000 speed for a 35 mm camera with, if you can, 200x lens.
Also, do you have any lights on on the out side? Also, a barking dog does much. Criminals hate noise when they want to do harm under cover of night. There is much you can do to catch or at least stop such a criminal.

Taking watch is a great idea. Just make sure you don't get caught. Never know what those people could actually do to someone if they're caught in a vandalizing act like that.

Reps: 1,384 (power: 14) | | | rememberingu, I have prayed for you and your church........you seem to be under spiritual attack and so I would encourage all who read this thread not to let up in your prayers for this church and our friends.....be persisitent in your prayers....
We have often come under spiritual attack and in about 1991, our church was set on fire, the worship centre was totally gutted, but the roof was still in place. The walls were black with the effects of the fire and when we went to clean it up, one of the youth had drawn the outline of a hill with threee crosses on it - drawing the outline by running his finger through the black soot-marked walls. We cleaned that wall last. Thankfully, the building was insured, so we were ale to get it repaired.
Take courage!! If this sort of attack is coming against you, you must be doing something right! Do not be downcast (that's what the enemy wants - to destroy your spirit), but look to the Lord, lean on Him.....and ask Him to deal with the building for you.
Be of good cheer (even if it seems difficult).....  |
