The little independent research into Reparative Therapy indicate that it is not effective; the peoples' behavior changed but the feelings remain. And that it's damaging as it leads to self identity problems and a complete lack of any sexual desire.
These homosexual "activists" are right to want the APA to maintain it's ban. Not because it can "cure" homosexuals, but because is a dangerous unproven technique that should never be used on anyone. |
