Father, grant us wisdom, discernment, and the courage and boldness to speak the truth, even when it's not popular, giving honor to those who have fallen for our liberties and freedoms, and have paid such a price to preserve them. Wake us up, Father, in Jesus name, amen.

I was in the military, and soldiers have a special place in my heart. I would like to pray for them right now.
Dear Lord, I pray that you protect our soldiers overseas, I pray that you give them strength and courage in their travels. I ask for you to not only give them physical protections but mental and spiritual protections and give them encouragement and most of all peace. Peace in their spirits and peace within their families. I pray that you remove any hatred and keep their spirits from hardening and growing bitter, and instead fill them with your joy and love. Bring solidarity to their families, friends, and units. Also give the civilians they encounter compassion and understanding for the job they do. Give them opportunity for advancement and success in their military and civilian endeavors and remove all spirits of fear. IJN Amen
