Prayers for Service Men and Women (2)

Jesus, he is newly married, but will leave for Iraq in one month. Lord, I accept and adopt him as another soldier I promise to pray for regularly. Please help him and his newlywed wife to deal with this separation and that the Holy Spirit would strengthen them and help them through the 15mos he will serve our country. Amen. Lord, bring the Holy Spirit into their lives in a new way and help them draw close to You, Lord Jesus, as they are both Christians. Amen.

Protect our soldiers in Iraq and around the world. Amen.

Lord help the troops and
Guide and uplift them to you
Knowing that they sacrifice for us
Daily as well as their own family
In thy name and will amen

Today is Sept 11 let us lift up in prayer the families of the victims of this tragic event. The air here in New York is filled with sorrow and tender memories of lost loved ones. Father I ask that you ease their minds and their hearts, let them know that you are forever in control. In Jesus name amen!

Also let us never forget what our brave troops are fighting for, God Bless them.
