Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds DVD's

Hi!
I work out with the Walk-away-the-pounds DVD and video's by Leslie Sansone. They are really great.
Anyone else out there use Leslie's videos?

She is easy to follow......no fancy dance steps.

I also walk on my treadmill besides the walk-away-the-pounds videos.
I like to speed walk at 4mph and then I'll jog at 5mph.

There's some new paths and trails in the park right down the street from where I live. I usually go for a walk in the park after I do a work-out video.
My granddaughter loves to go to the park with me. The only problem is...it's so hard to get her to leave when I'm ready to go!!

Goodmorning!!
Last night I did a 2 mile walking video with Leslie and her fitness instructors. It was called "Walk away the pounds for Abs 2 mile walk"
I usually walk in the park after dinner but I got my hair colored last night so I didn't get to go for my walk.

I'm leaving work for the day, going to see the dietition tonight. I'll probably go for a walk after dinner tonight or maybe I'll do a 3 Mile Walk-away-the pounds video.

Happy Monday to anyone who might read this!!!

I feel so fat today!!! I need to pump up my exercise routine so I can start burning up all the fat!!!

Goodmorning!!!
Last night I did the 3 mile walk away the pounds walk for abs. I went for a walk in the park and walked about a mile and a half. I thought the rain was going to put a damper on things but it didn't.

Good Morning!!
Here it is Wednesday morning already. How is everyone today?
I did Leslie Sansone "Walk and Kick" last night...it's a walking and kickboxing video. After... I went for a 40 minute walk on the paths down the street from my house.
It was a beautiful night for a walk last night.
