I haven't been doing the Leslie Sansone videos but I have been exercising. I've walked 4 miles / 3 times this week and I'm planning on walking again tonight...so I'm proud of myself for that
I've been doing low carb eating which has worked great for me in the past. So far though I've only lost 1/2 pound...I've been exercising and dieting for a couple of weeks so I'm a bit frustrated that I haven't lost more but I'm not giving up... |

Hi D!!!!!!!!!!!
Great to hear you are walking that much!!! I'm trying to cut out the carbs for supper and have only protein and veggies.
I will go see the doc on Tuesday and ask her to do another thyroid test on me to make sure my levels are normal.
How have you been doing? How's your mom?
have a great weekend!!!

I'm still walking every night either on the treadmill, in the park or with Leslie!!!
I'm still on the low carb diet. My weight hasn't started dropping yet. I'm giving it another 2 weeks and then I'm going to call a different doctor.
Hope everyone is doing well!
I miss everyone now that I don't visit here very often any more.
take care.
My email address is tt_77@yahoo.com if you want to email me.

Reps: 10 (power: 0) | | | There is only one way to lose weight. One. Is these days and times. And that is through your food. Bloating and your body protecting itself by retaining lots of water are a result of the immense toxicity in all food and water.
There is only one way to get rid of these toxicities. And I have it. I am vewy, vewy happy to have it.
You can walk, run and sprint yourself to death(and it can result in death) but if you are drinking water or eating food, you are taking in hundreds of chemicals with each bite or swallow. And your body will bloat and retain until you address that.
Of course as Jesus knew better than any of us, the truth is the most dangerous commodity. So I expect many attacks on this. But I was ten pounds overweight even when I played sports professionally, which sometimes meant working out five or six hours in one day. It seemed incomprehensible that I would have a scrap of fat on me. But I eventually figured it out. And now I work out for a half hour and have a washboard stomach.
But prove it to yourself. Go to photos of forty years ago of office workers who were just as lazy as office workers of today. Slim, slim, slim. It is difficult to find anyone who is overweight in pictures. Occasionally you will see someone who is husky. But today, every second person seems to be very bloated.
Its all about your food, and what is in it.

Anyone else out there use Leslie's videos?
I love Leslie Sansone!
I mostly do her DVD's only when it's too cold for me to go jogging or I'm just too lazy to go for my jog. She's a great alternative to jogging or walking outdoors when you just don't feel like it or the weather is too bad to go out. I love it!!
I have her 2-Mile Faith Walk and her 5-Mile Walking Challenge. |

Exercise is not my favorite thing to do, but I have to do it. I'm a health risk and have to do something. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | | | |
