well I need help losing weight i am tired of being made fun of. I get so angry once i severely injured my knuckles when i punched a wall instead of hitting them.
i sometimes vent my anger by running i ran 1 mile in 11min when i was angry my normal is 16 min.
well if anyone could give me any ideas of how to loose about 20-30 lb in a month or two.
Scan down to the other post, "24 and over-weight." There is alot of good advice on eating and excercise. Yry to develope a good daily routine for this. And, have your mother, or the one who does the cooking, to start healthful cooking...lots of greens, vegies, drinking water instead of colas, etc. It will take alo of will power to vent your emotion in this direction instead of getting anger.
All you have to do is eat every meal,,but dont eat fastfood or anything with meat ,,cheese,,or anything else bad,,just eat fruit and vegetables all day,,dont eat until your full for example,,eat half of what you normally eat and drink alot of water and run about 2 miles everyday,,in about 2 months you would of had to of lost at least 20 pounds maybe more

i am really over weight i way 250 at 6 feet tall.
You sound very ready to make changes. Being made fun of because of your body must be very upsetting to you. You need a 'do-able program' of eating and active living.

Find a partner or mentor or team or club - someone to help motivate you and hold you accountable. Make exercise part of your daily routine - walk or ride your bike to school. Cut out the junk food. Look for a summer soccer league to join. Be patient - you're should lose 30 lbs in one month. About 1 lb per week is a good goal (you might exceed this at the beginning due to changes in water retention). So you see, if you are serious, this is going to take about 8-10 months to get to your target weight and a lifetime of keeping it there! If it was easy, you wouldn't see all the fad diets. The truth is, that it's work and it take some sacrifice and a lot of commitment. Support will be key to success. Make sure your parents are involved and willing to help you with providing health options at home. Maybe your Mom would even pack you a health lunch so you can stay away from the tempting fries and burgers in the lunch line. Check the other threads around here. This question seems to come up every week or so and there is lot's of great information out there.
Push weights and don't eat much food. Do both seriously and you can lose 1/2 lb a day. I've lost weight very fast before and never ended up with no metabolism like you hear (I need about 3500+ calories a day to maintain fat levels, though I've been lifting for a little while).
Cardio is overrated, it's easier to just not put much food in your mouth.

This is very poor advice for long lasting, healthy weight loss and maintenance.
