It was hard for me to accept, but I no longer believe christianity to be anything more than a spiritual scam. False, in other words.
Not even metaphorical value?

Satan is a Christian character...you said it was all a scam
Why Satan and not another religion or atheism?
But I won't be supporting christianity any longer. It is the organization of a false god bent on keeping people from experiencing true joy in life by guilt tripping them all the time.
Did you reach that conclusion because of clergy, because of the Bible, or from your personal experiences with god?

Hello all... I'm Faelin a 32 year old pagan from London, UK. I've been lurking as a guest for a few weeks, but I decided to join so that I could reply to the threads that I see.
Nice to meet you all, and I hope to get to know you all better in the future

Hey guys, I've already made some posts in the Exploring Christianity forum so thought I'd nose around here for a bit...
I'm RealityPixie, I'm an atheist, and ironically my name is actually Grace. I'm 20 years old and I live in the urban sprawl surrounding Perth, Western Australia, born to ten-pound-poms and eastern-european refugees. I joined these forums to gain insight into different ways of seeing the world. I currently study youth work, my goal is to work with young people affected by mental illness.
I'm somewhat of the alternative type....secular humanist, environmentalist, lover of all things psychedelic. One of my few vainities is my dreadlocks, I'm obsessed with keeping them neat, tidy and clean. I feel there is more to reality than how we humans currently perceive it, but do not seek to explain such things in a spiritual/supernatural/supersticious way. I have a huge interest in philosophy, religion, psychology and the nature of reality.
