: Crowds are flocking to Indian temples to see a Muslim baby with a 'tail' who is believed to be the reincarnation of a Hindu god. The 11-month-old boy has been named Balaji or Bajrangbali, another name for monkey-faced Lord Hanuman. He is reported to have a 4in 'tail' caused by genetic mutations during the development of the foetus.

Iqbal Qureshi, the child's maternal grandfather, is taking Balaji from temple to temple where people offer money to see the boy. Mr Qureshi says the baby has nine spots on his body like Lord Hanuman and showed them to journalists, reports Indian newspaper The Tribune.

--- Yep. A full grown tail without fur. Now I have to wonder how these genes got into the human gene pool since we know that we did not evolve from the animals. I think that Gen. 6. and the Book of Enoch explain in detail what happened. No oneone earth can say that this baby is fully human. As Christians we should not listen to the evolutionists explination that this gene is a result of evolving from animals. God did not create man from the animals. Only evolution promotes this myth.

People are born with tails occasionally. This is not really new. here is clip from a straight dope article about it.

Still, at one point in his/her life, every human being does have a tail. Human embryos have a tail that measures about one-sixth of the size of the embryo itself. As the embryo develops into a fetus, the tail is absorbed by the growing body, but some traces remain even in adults. Occasionally, a child is born with a "soft tail," described by one embryologist as containing "no vertebrae, but blood vessels, muscles, and nerves, of the same consistency as the short tail of the Barbary ape." Modern procedures allow doctors to eliminate the tail at birth, but some children have had to learn to live with them. The longest human tail on record belonged to a twelve-year-old boy living in what was then Indochina; he boasted nine inches, which was probably enough to make him very, very popular.

My brother had a "tail" grow which was surgically removed (twice) during his college years. I didn't look! He's been saved about 25 years and is totally in love with the Lord!

Oh the irony...

people look for signs of the end times yet they only need to read the news. When most people read this news story they were shocked, but I was not surprised and was expecting this. (since i already knew of the stories of genetic monstrosities from the bible and book of enoch)

Isn't it wonderful that study of scripture can lead one to regard a newborn baby as a demon?

I'm sure glad that we have this objective measure of right and wrong that will tell us with absolute certainty what is good and what is evil. If God is Love, that sure ain't what a lot of people get out of his word now is it?

Strange fruit indicates the seeds of Satan, eh? I have a friend with six toes who I have never considered a demon...however she does have an ungodly way of beating me repeatedly in chess matches. Should I pray for her, or is hatred and violence the answer?

A Muslim baby, in a Hindu temple, representing the Christian devil? That's fascinating. Perhaps demonic activity inspires religious peace...
