how do you know it is a birth defect and not nephelim blood?

and for those wondering who or what do pagans (and hindus) religions worship well the book of enoch tells the whole story. (demon worshippers but they dont know it)

THEY WERE THE NEPHELIM OF THE BIBLE! (the offspring of the fallen angels and earth women which were born huge in size as the bible says)
