A bad person will not want to go to heaven the idea of heaven would sicken them. A good person whos heart is right but has not heard the gospel it would seem that because of Christs Love for ALL man they would have the chance to accept christ at the time of their death. Can i prove this from the Bible no. its just my thoughts from my knowing how much Christ Loves us. The best answer for this questian ciners is found within yourself You know as i do as well that this person is in heaven dont doubt what you know inside because inside you is Gods Spirit and sister that Spirit has already answered your questian |

Only God knows what happens between the time of a persons humanly death, and heaven/hell. Only God knows a persons true heart. And this man in question had the biggest heart of any man I've ever known. He is with Jesus. I know he is.

Secondly, God tends to give people, not only what they deserve, but also what they want. Most of the people who store up judgement for themselves do so because they are rebels at heart. They would rather serve themselves at the cost of hell, than serve God. In a way, eternal servitude and worship to a righteous God would be hell for such people. |

Do you think it is God that doesn't allow them to be saved? I have always believed (could be wrong here) that each person will have an opportunity to decide on where they will spend eternity. It is our decision, not God's.
Not sure of the verse, but know it is there somewhere, will look and report back, it says that even the stars and trees shout out that there is a Creator (very much paraphrased). So man can see God in the creation and yet sometimes will still turn away from God. |

Zechariah 9:11,12 As for thee also, by the blood of thy covenant I have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water. Turn you to the strong hold, ye prisoners of hope: even today do I declare that I will render double unto thee. Ephesians 4:7,8,9 But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it. This is why it says : "When he ascended on high, he led captives in his train and gave gifts to men." What does "he acended" mean except that he also decended into the depths of the earth ? Consider prayerfully what these three scripture passages mean. Here we have three sources, Paul , Peter & Zachariah writing about Christ decending into hell preaching the gospel and releasing the captives. On any level you accept these scriptures they proclaim, "OUR GOD IS MERCIFUL AND JUST" For myself I feel no need to make a doctrine out of these verses. It is enough to know that God has a plan and it will be equitable loving and perfect. This answers the question for me. God is good and will give everyone a chance to hear the gospel. And thats what I have to say on that subject. |

Sinners cant dwell in the Holy Presence of God, that's why Hell was created. He is too good and pure and holy to even be in the presence of sin. Also God is a fair, and a just God. People who end up in hell will be the ones that deserve to be there, just as the ones who end up in Heaven will be the ones that deserve to be there
DESERVE to be there? I never got the memo about deserve having anything to do with Christianity.

The reverse being if they didn't deserve to go to hell they'd go to heaven?

They don't go cause the diddle the neighbor's wife or killed they guy diddling their wife, they don't go for stealing plasma tv's during a hurricane or for lying on their taxs. A person goes to hell cause they're separated from God and never accepted the reconcilliation offered by Christ.
WHY DOES GOD ALLOW PEOPLE TO GO TO HELL? That's a stupid question, what MORE can He do, He's done all there is to do, but if someone rejects what was done for them, they will go to hell.
EVEN if that someone is an awesome person who doesn't lie or cheat or steal or ever ever do anything wrong. You reject Jesus you go to hell. And the murdering sob in prison who's acts you could never imagine doing will go to heaven if he accepts what was done for him.
PERIOD. Heaven and hell has absolutly nothing to do with how good or bad you are folks.
