Heh, I know. I have a friend who's going to seminary there, and thinks its the toast on the Cadbury bunny's marmalade garden. But let's allow an old almost-graduate his state prejudices okay? If it makes you feel better, you can imagine that since I am from California, I'm almost certainly a neighbor of Robert Redford.
Grrr. So that the NASA hostage who was killed is a white male, eliminates it from being the person I was most worried about it being (the father of a friend, whom I have known since I was itty bitty), but I know some white males that work there too. I hate this not knowing thing. It stinks. All this shooting makes me a sad acorn.
ETA: I don't know the victim. So that's good. Still sad though. And that it is a federal building?!? Sad sad acorn.

Yep! Home again to Boston. My dad has recommended that I take a vacation before I get a job. That sounds like a good idea to me.
One would suggest that one employs the vast wealth one has accumulated over the course of being a graduate student and entertain oneself with a cruise around the world via First Class on Cunard.
(oh, and if you run into Ric Ocasek while in Bean Town, be sure to hug his wife for me )
