Some folks in my congregation are having rough times, which means that some of the stress spills over to me, is all. It's good, though, because I feel like I'm actually serving a purpose when I'm able to come alongside people in trouble. If they didn't need me, I'd wonder why I was here. (actually, let me change "me" to "what God can do for them through me." I don't get to take credit for it. )
