Boysie and Trigger from "only fools and horses" (the actors names escape me at the moment!) both appeared as bad guys in Dr Who. Boysie appeared in Seeds of Doom and Trigger in Rise of the Cybermen.

Trigger is David Lloyd-Packard (also known as Barty Crouch Sr in the last Harry Potter). I think someone suggested at the time that he should address the Doctor as 'Dave', but sadly that didn't happen.
I think it might be David Lloyd Pack, LOL "Dave" might not have matched his character.
I also recall that the black brigadier in Battlefield was also a councillor in a christmas special where she was rescued by the trotter brothers dressed as Batman and Robin. Incidentally Battlefield had the lowest audience viewing figures ever of the entire show.
Micheal Jayston who appeared as the Valyard (I have his autograph!) in Trial of a timelord also appeared in Only fools and horses as the father of Del boy's girlfriend...it was the next job he took after Trial.
Anyway to the present day...another interesting episode with some classic lines...."There's no such thing as an ordinary human being!"
I knew it was not (classified) Cathedral and that they filmed at (Classified)...i have been to both...I have a strange desire to visit all the cathedrals in England and Wales.
They gave a sneak peak into coming episodes...too bad we have to now wait two weeks to allow for the Eurovision song contest...do they get that in the US?

So does anybody have opinions about the Dr's new sidekick? (I'm pretty new to the Dr. Who world-my husband has always been a fan of the show and when it started back up a few years back he got me hooked, lol. So I only really know these newest Dr's, Rose, and now Martha...oh, and the daleks, of course! )
