The short answer is yes to both questions.
There are tons of theories about magic and truthfully there are more questions than answers.
Most of the best theories about magic and how it works involve chaos theory, quantum mechanics and/or probability physics. I don’t pretend to under stand much about these things but it does make for interesting reads. |

Well that is not an easy thing to answer. Obviously in this day and age of accepting anything and everything that is corrupt and dark, like say, homosexuality, child pornography (anime), and bill clinton, yes wiccan is being moral.
The problem though is that regardless of how moral society in all of its truths finds something, if it is outside of Gods word then it is condemned. wicca is outside of what God wants for His creation and will only lead souls to destruction. That, to me is not a very moral thing. |

Homosexuality is entirely ok, far from the realms of darkness.

being wiccan is definitely not ok. it is a direct violation of the first commandment and puts into practice faith in something that is not God. It is blatantly obvious that it is sinnful to practice anything that doesnt solely glorify God.  |
