Weird! HAHA! It's WARM! Not summer warm (it's February, supposed to be the coldest month of the year with weather of -40 Celcius) but it's only 3 celcius!!!! I was walking outside with my winter jacket unzipped and no hat and gloves (and I'm not complaining )
Here it was a perfect 86, beautiful and there were actually clouds in the sky!
