They even have something called Bootcamp buddies for extra support, as well as journals, and recipes. This site adheres to the weight watchers plan which is suppose to be a very healthy way to lose weight...

This is a great place based on Weight Watchers. There is a lot of information on the points system, food point values, message boards, etc |

If you enter what you eat and how much you move/exercise, you can go to the reports and see how those two measure up against each other. It also has journals, etc. Mostly, this is good for helping you keep track of your calories eaten and burned and for seeing if what you are eating is providing you with enough nutrients. I was really surprised that I was consistantly not getting enough of certain vitamins (by daily standard measurements)--surprise, they're the ones found in green, leafy veggies.
It takes a bit to get started, but once you do you have a good record what you are doing and where you could improve. I'm a really visual learner, so it helped a lot to see the charts and things in the reports section.

Reps: 11 (power: 0) | | | Thank you guys!! I will definatly have to go and check those sites out! I'm not a big fan of fitday; I've tried it before... It got me to write down my intake and my "output" but other than that; I want message boards and "support" stuff
