Try eating more protein to start with. Weight training is also good. It allows you to gain healthy weight. (muscle)
Have you talked to your doctor about this? Have you had your thyroid checked?
I am now 5'6" and weigh 130, which is ideal for me. I weighed about 115 when I was 18.

Don't despair. Enjoy it while you can and eat lots of goodies along with a balanced diet. When I was 15 I weighed about what you do though I was only about 5' 9 then. I am now 6'0 and a lot older and now have the opposite weight problem. I recently dropped about 60 pounds over a year to get back down to 180.
If you are interested in weight lifting you could try squats and deadlifts along with bench press of course with proper supervision. Those excercises will usually bulk you up at least a little.

After getting th go- ahead from your doctor, go for the weight training. Muscle helps burn fat more efficiently, and weight bearing exercises can help prevent osteoporosis many years from now.
Is it safe to assume you're female? I guess it doesn't say that on here anymore.

yeah it probably has some people that have no idea what they're talking about, but it's a forum like this where you can ask questions and people that do that for a living can give their advice. I highly recommend it.
Mainly the best thing to do is to keep eating and not stress out over it. Also do some weight training. Not too heavy right off... but you understand. That will start your path for adding pure weight and converting it to muscle.
Squats and milk work surprisingly well together lol Oh well my two cents! Have a great day!

Reps: 1,025 (power: 10) | | | You are only 15. Give it some time. I was always skinny throughout school and finally started being able to put on some weight once I hit about 20 or 21. Guess my metabolism finally started to slow down.
Just start doing some weightlifting, but don't overdo it. Lots of stretching as well. Make sure your muscles are not only strong, but long. Size will come in time, but because of your age and probably fast metabolism, it will be difficult to put on any real size. You can build strength though.

I tend to avoid the bench press because it's an un-natural movement that increases your risk of rotator cuff injuries.
FB has the right idea though, when you do squats and deadlifts, you use major muscle groups, which triggers your body to release a higher amount of growth hormones.
I would add pull-ups to the routine. They're the best exercise for developing a "V" shaped torso. As for chest, pushups and flys are a bit safer (IMO) and can be done without a spotter too.
And if you can do 3 sets of 10 with no more than 20 seconds rest, you're not lifting heavy enough to put on serious muscle. I switched to that style, 3 10s, then up the weights, which forces you to go to failure, and I put on about 5lbs of muscle in a month and a half. I lifted about twice a week, at least two days rest in between.

Reps: 13 (power: 0) | | I have dealt with this issue all my life. I could probably eat an entire ice cream cake and lose 2 pounds. My metabolism seems to be out of control. A lot of people would probably think it is a good thing but it really is not. Getting ready to go back on the Weight Gainer again. It tastes terrible and I hate (make that really hate) milk
So when you put the two together LOL.

Reps: 10 (power: 0) | | | Adding muscle mass requires weight training and a weight training diet. It's hard to spell out on here all the different exercises , sets and reps along with different training methods like split routines and supersetting etc...
Not to mention all the different suppliments and dietary recomondations.
I would suggest going to a bookstore and picking up either Muscle and Fitness magazine or Flex magazine. These are the ones I am farmiliar with but there may also be others that are just as good.
I remember when I first started weight training and how hard it was at first to get a regular routine going. To me that was the biggest hurdle. Once I got into a regular routine of lifting 5 to 6 days a week the weight gain was pretty regular. I went from 160 lbs to 210 lbs. this was over a number of years though.
Good luck with the weight gain program.
