Pray for... the girl who I WAS going out with =P

Don't ask questions... Just pray .

Anyway, anyone who remembers my topic from about a week ago will know that I HAD a girlfriend. I broke up with her on Saturday night because it's obvious she's not interested in a serious relationship... and I found out stuff later on from her CLOSEST friend who is also a Christian who has become absolutely heartbroken from trying to stick by her side.

Basically... this girl NEEDS GOD BADLY. I am NOT going to go into details, but let's just say... She's been with a LOT of guys, and a lot of them were simply just so she could say "I've gone out with this person". Basically, they're just statistics in her life. One guy who she was with for a year who we both went to school with (I never liked him because he was one of the people who hassled me simply because I was short) absolutely loved her... But I think he was kinda thick too, because of what SHE put him through, and yet he didn't break off the relationship. I'm not going into details, but she cheated on him several times and did a LOT of stuff to hurt this guy.

So guys... You really need to pray for this girl. She is in DIRE need of God's touch on her life - in fact, she needs to be HURT by a guy, because at the moment she simply doesn't CARE about other guys, and hurting them. It's really, really sad. Fortunately, I didn't get into a really deep, serious relationship with her... Apparently she's a compulsive liar as well, and I can see how.

Unfortunately, my having jumped into the relationship was a mistake, I did know it at the time but I believed something that I didn't have enough knowledge to truly believe. But that's in the past. All that matters now is that this girl finds God and sticks with him. So PLEASE - pray for this girl, that she'll just get a spiritual kick to the head, she'll stop hurting other people by using them, and pray that her best friend (who is also a good friend of mine) has the strength to do the right thing for her.

I'm sorry, DavidPartay, that things didn't work out. I was really hoping you could be a good influence on her. But I am glad you found some of this out before you got in too deep and you were really very hurt. Even though you are not a "boyfriend", you can at least be her friend and pray for her. That means alot. I'll lift her in prayer as well, that God will soften her heart and that she will hear him calling her.

Sorry to hear about the break up with your girlfriend. I pray that her need of God is fulfilled.

That's a sad story, and indeed , she will be in my prayers. May God till the harden soil in her heart and may He plant the seed of Christ into her. May God bring to her someone or something that will bring her away from the world of flesh and to the world of God. And DavidPartay, may the Lord use this experience that you have had to make you stronger in your faith as well as perhaps witness to her or pray. May all things turn out as God wills it.

Hey david, i'll be praying for her tonight. Also praying for you. I wouldn't call the relationship a mistake. Look at it at God's perspective, no matter what we do, He can turn it around into good. Now that you're out, i believe it's what God wants and i'm sure you have learnt valuable lessons as a result. It's interesting how much we learn after we gone through relationships.
