No, I haven't read the entire Bible from front to finish, but I have read the majority of it. I probably have read the entire NT but not the OT...but I hope to one day read it from beginning to end.

Cover to cover once, but I've also studied specific parts of NT and Revelation several times.

Currently, I am finishing my project "Bible cover to cover". I have already read the entire Testament and nearly all Psalms. (I am quite sure that I know the Psalter because I also pray the Liturgy of the Hours, but some Psalms are shortened in the current breviary). I have finished Jeremia, now I am beginning to read Ezechiel. Other books I still have to read: Second Book of the Kings, second half of Sirach, and the two books of the Machabees. Next year I'll start reading the Bible again, according to a reading plan.

Trying to recall any books I've missed, don't think I've missed any. (Don't read it cover-to-cover--the read-your-Bible-in-a-year-program, I tried but got bogged down in the "be-gots", regulations, and it was so overwhelming for me, so I switched to book-by-book. Don't know why that made any difference since it still meant reading about all the laws, regulations, etc. but for me it did.) Still do reading. Want to try Jeff Cavin's The Great Adventure which divides the Bible into 12 easy-to-understand chronological periods.

I agree attending Mass we hear the Bible read to us and the more we go the more we hear it.
I have read on my own also...but its good to note that Catholics actually do have the Bible in the faith more so then many would believe!

I usually read the the Bible in a year. Some years I get behind, but most years I'm on track.

Using Jeff Cavin's "Great Adventure Through the Bible" has certainly made sense out of it.
