To be fair, pseudogenes and endogenous retrovirii only falsify distinct "kreated kinds", not a young earth.
... although I suppose the sheer amount of broken genes and viral fragments couldn't be possible if the earth was young unless you postulate mutation and infection rates that would kill every living organism.

EASY...
I just try not to think too hard and let God worry about how He did it.
My Job is to have faith in Him and believe His word.
You do realize that shutting your eyes, not thinking, and chanting "Goddidit," is not science, right?

Really, well, how do I know that those aren't killer fleash-eating bunnies in your avatar?

Hear no evidence, see no evidence, speak no evidence.
Don't think too hard, you might just have to change your mind about something.

Ya see the (GTE) Has a foundation that says the structure that i am about to construct must conform to the idea that all things came through time, chance and natural processes hence they need millions of years to make it seem reasonable.Creationist have a foundation that says God created ,the fall of man /the diversity of nations at the tower of babel/the flood of noah, the savior of the world. And the structure they build must also conform to the foundation.SO thats why i say this is not a battle of science vs. relgion But the science of one religion vs.the science of another religion. Neither one of us has all the answers But we are unwaivering with our foundations. I hope and pray that some of you understand where the real battle between creation/evolution , really is Rob
The premise of this is that evolution is atheistic. It's not. Remember that science started with "God created ,the fall of man /the diversity of nations at the tower of babel/the flood of noah". This particular how of creation was based on a literal interpretation of Genesis 1-8. These scientists were all Christians (with one deist being Lyell) and most of them were ministers.
First, they found that Noah's Flood was wrong. The evidence in God's Creation showed that such a world-wide Flood to explain geology never happened.
Now, Darwin also started with "God created". Yes, that's true. ""To my mind it accords better with what we know of the laws impressed on matter by the Creator, that the production and extinction of the past and present inhabitants of the world should have been due to secondary causes, like those determining the birth and death of the individual." Origin pg. 449.
What Darwin and others found was that the literal interpretation of Genesis was wrong. God did not create that way. Instead, as Darwin said, God created the diversity of life on the planet by evolution.
Now, we could have concluded differently, IF the evidence had been different. I've given a list of evidence that would have convinced everyone that a literal interpretation of Genesis was correct. I can give it again if you would like. But the evidence is what it is, and that evidence says that creation simply didn't happen by the mechanism proposed by creationists.
Evolution and science is NOT atheism. Evolutionists are not coming at the problem from a prior committment to a particular belief -- atheism.
The real battle is that some people -- creationists -- have made the tragic logical mistake of saying "If God didn't create according to our literal reading of Genesis, then God doesn't exist." You can easily see the mistake there. Unfortunately, their pride won't let them admit that their interpretation of Genesis is wrong. Maybe that's why Pride is a deadly sin.
