It depends on what sort of argument you're looking for.
If it's a scientific argument you want, you'll be scratching around. There are no credible scientific arguments to prevent an acceptance of the Theory of Evolution.
There are religious/philosophical arguments, but they impact little on science.

One of the more frequent arguments I see against evolution is one of personal incredulity. Not that that's a very good argument, mind you, but it seems to come up a lot.
