This is a serious matter and it is illegal. I don't know what your reasons are for not telling your parents. What I do know is there are to many cases of abuse that never get reported and end tragically. I know it is hard to fathom someone acting evil enough to kill you but things like that happen everyday. There are several instances of high school girls being shot or brutally murdered by ex-boyfriends or simply by boys who are fascinated by them. I'm not trying to scare you but rather get you to see the reality of the situation. I don't know, but if your parents love you they would not want to see anything happen to you. What's being done to you is not your fault under any circumstances. You are a victim here. If you insist on not telling anyone, please don't go anywhere alone and always travel in groups. From reading your post there are several laws that have been broken. I don't know what state you live in so you would need to check your state. He has committed aggravated assault for causing serious bodily injury to your leg. He is stalking you. If he has called you or written you he is harassing you. But the most scary in the ATTEMPTED MURDER when he pushed your head under the water and held it there. You are very lucky to be alive today and unless you take the steps necessary to get him arrested you may not be for longer. I have seen alot of these cases over the years. He will not stop but only get worse. If you are 18 or older nobody but you can file charges against him so you have to take the steps. If you are younger that 18 than tell your parents. Don't worry about the family being broken up. By you hiding this you may actually hurt the family situation in the long run. Good luck to you and God bless.

there is this guy name sam, he wont leave me alone, he wants to go out with me or take me to homecomin, and i have told him no, but now he is threating me. 2 weeks ago, on a friday night, i went to a football game with a few of my friends, and he was there. so i called my mom, and asked her to come and pick me up, so i walked next door to my church, and brad met me there. He started yelling at me, he slapped me, and started kickin me in my knee, when i went to the docter they said that it was broken; and if i do any more damage to it, then i will have to have surgery. Brad was still bugging and threatining me, but then last saterday night he met me at the bowling alley, nothin happened it just the fact that he knew that i was there.
then yesterday, i went over to the park yesterday, and he knew that i was there, so he went over and found me, he started yelling at me, and he pushed me into the creek and started yelling and putting my head under the water, thankfully he got scared and ran off. he left a huge cut in the side of my arm. I dont know what to do. because i cant tell my parents, there is reasons for it. there is only 2 people that knows what is goin on, and that is my 2 very best friends. because they are the one that found me at the church. I just told my parents that i fell or something. but could you please pray for me. thankyou so much
--okay, i told my parents yesterday about him. but he found out and he came over to my house and he hurt me again, and he said that they will never get him, that he is going to go somewhere that they will never think about lookin. You can call 911 to tell them you need to talk about reporting this guy who is hitting and threatening you.
the police will give you more information what you can do. They will also do their part.
Threats of violence are against the law in US. There are also restraining orders if the police suggest that, they will help you get such a thing or give you more resources, directions and options of what you can do to protect yourself. Police are here to help.

Or throws in front of train you have to tell someone this is serious. If l lived in your town l would be there for you and l would tell your parents. Call the police this psyco is going to kill you talk to your friends and bring them over don't any where alone he might try to rape you or something. You have to tell your parents and call the police. l was raped it was the hardest thing in the world to tell my parents l told them the next day.
