Dear Melonie, Oh hon, You are carrying a big burden that you don't need to carry. Now that I understand that he threatened you I understand why you are afraid of him even more; but that's what bully's do.
I don't think that getting your foster parents involved would bring in the police, nor why protecting yourself by going to the authorities would cause the foster home to be broken up. I think you are talking about if any of you got in trouble with the police, not if the police were there to protect you. Can you talk to your foster parents? You wouldn't be in any trouble. do not make this one person ruin your life. It almost happend to me. I posted under a diff name. You are stronger then you think. This boy needs to be put in jail. Wether you believe it or not, he has broken your bones, and hurt you badly both mentally and physically. If you turn him in you could be saving some one else from the same thing that has happened to you. and you could turn his life around you never know.

I have worked with a lot of foster parents and foster kids/teens. No way would the authorities punish you or the other kids because he's breaking the law. You would be doing the right thing by turning him in. HE would be punished, not you. They would not break your family up because of something someone else is doing. I work in the social work field and have seen lots of things, but I don't think anyone could be so cold hearted as to break up a family because of a thug like him. Please go to someone for help. I don't want to see you carry this burden alone.
