Reps: 101,777,447 (power: 101,801) | | | I do have chronic insomnia, along with other illness's...mostly arthritis related...so am also on meds....I should actually take them, but the one for my insomnia..so I can enjoy chatting with you all longer, yet not be in pain tomorrow.
If I take the one for insomnia...I am guaranteed to be asleep in an hour LOL

only because I owned a Yahoo group for "Survivors"...and the reason I started it was I looked for support groups, but the ones I found it seemed like what we were talking about...the women didn;t WANT to heal...yeah they were grown and the abuse was behind them...but the same memories still haunted them, the same fears the same triggers etc.
They didn;t want to face them and get beyond them.
They didn't want to move out of the victim role...into that of the strong Survivor who had victory over the past,,,who took back control
and yes,,,,mental is just as bad...cause those scars never heal...my father was mentally/sexually/physically/emotionally abusive...the mental and emotional scars took the longest to hea;
