Are you enjoying it? I keep meaning to pick it up, but when I'm at a bookstore I forget (it's tough getting old).
I'm not reading anything too heavy duty right now - sort of in a lull. Currently on my bedside stand - I'm reading "More than Conquerors" and re-reading "This Present Darkness."

Show me a man who trusts his own righteousness, obedience, devotion, feelings, or anything else of his own, and I will show you a man to whom the blood and righteousness of Christ is worthless. Don Fortner
It often surprises people to learn that God is not always pleased when people worship him. We might be inclined to think that God should be thankful for any attention we give him out of our busy schedules. But worship is not about God's thanking us; it is about our thanking him. And God is not pleased with just anything we choose to do in his presence. The mighty Lord of heaven and earth demands that our worship-indeed, all of life-be governed by his word.
John M. Frame
The Bible will give Christ to you in an intimacy so close that he would be less visible to you if he stood before your eyes.
Erasmus
Just a suggestion. What Book Are You Reading would be a good sub-Baptist forum within the Baptist forum.
Let me check on making this a "sticky" thread. Will get back to everyone on this.

I am currently reading, What St. Paul Really Said by Tom Wright. Only one third of the way through it but so far so good.
