God laid this word on my heart today.. While I am dwelling on them.. I will see where the Spirit leads!!
Hebrews 13:3
Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.
As I am learning all I am in Christ, what He has for me (healing)... authority... His righteousnes.. the right to intercede for others... the power of prayer... etc...
It does open my eyes and give me a greater compassion for the burdens of others.. I truly want them to also be set free..
As the truth sets us free.. We should be drawn to remember how we once were and look to those still caught in bondage.. and have compassion on them..
To pray, comfort, encourage, stand in faith, to teach, share with them what has helped us.. To see them set free!!
Bearing their sorrows as Christ indeed bore ours.. so that they too might find life and not just life but abundant life!!
Bond.. as referred to in the dictionary..

Isn't that interesting what the dictionary says.. that a word can be a bond.. And also the Law is a bond..
Romans 7:6 But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.
Matthew 12:37 For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned."
So many do not know that even the words they say the rules they follow.. will impact their life.. and YES keep them in bondage.. chained.. bound..
Matthew 12:36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
The truth sets us free!! So we must remember those bound/chained by sickness, sin, the law and by their own words .. and pray for them to be set free!!
And maybe even through reading this.. We might see that we too are still in some bondage!! Lets get free!!

These studies are part of my personal at home studies.. but to share them using this thread to do my studies also.. means to do what God wants that might have a double impact!!
Something that stood out to me.. as I did this.. was the last word.. Prospereth and its meaning.. to lead by a direct and easy way..
Makes me think of the scripture.
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart.. lean not on your own understand.. in all your ways consider Him.. and He will make your paths straight.. from Proverbs 3:5-6
A straight path is easier to walk then a twisted path!! You can see easier where you are going on a path that goes straight ahead!!
There really is so much in just this one verse!!

What are you praying and saying about what you are seeing, and what are you doing with what I have shown you?" Jesus is speaking to us here.. let us hear and have revelation..
Jesus says for us to speak to the mountains and He is speaking to whomever will listen and obey.. He is telling us that we must speak to the mountain or whatever it is that needs addressing.. Telling it what we desire that be done to it.. Not with any doubt in your heart having fully heard what He has said and trusting in what is said.. In the heart region this is done.. not with the head.. where we understand.. where human reasoning comes from..
Believing in our heart upon what Jesus has told us in these words..
Notice He has not said.. He will move it nor should be ask Him to move it.. but rather we must address the mountain or whatever it is that stands in our way and then it will be moved..
It will be done as we have spoken... As we speak so shall it be done..
Let us have a Caleb Spirit and Joshua Spirit.. From Numbers 13 onwards
Let us not see the giants and the task at hand.. but at how great our God is!! Let us speak with faith.. and take possesion of all that God has promised us!!

Amazing promises here.. Fullness of God dwells in Christ.. whom has reconciled us to God..
You see a mental picture of all the fullness of God passing through Jesus into us!! WOW!!

Because of Christ our wicked works are gone..
We are now presented to God by Jesus.. holy and blameless and above reproach!! God now sees us this way!!
Our job in order to receive this great gift.. faith.. believing what God has said about this.. and standing steadfastly on these truths!!

We certainly cannot bring ourselves to become holy.. or like God..
But God does all this.. through what Jesus did..
It just makes sense in light of healing.. that a perfect spotless God.. is going to draw.. a sinning.. imperfect.. flawed person to Him..
And they are not going to stay that way!!
Yes they live in a imperfect.. sinful and evil world..
But they are filled by a holy, righteous and good God..
They become as He is..
Through Him..
Filled by Him..
In whom all the fullness dwells..

These scriptures jumped out at me the other day.. From a book sharing a story with my children.. Called "Miracles in the lives of ordinary people" by Therese Marszalek...
Just these verses at the start of a story about God working a miracle in the life of a mother and baby son..
But they jumped out at me...
And this is what the Spirit revealed.. maybe the Spirit of God will also lead us together to reveal more.. or something different.. so please add something to this as you see it!!!
Jesus calls out in a loud voice.. I think authority.. Gods Son.. dead come alive.. dead come out of the grave out of darkness into the light of day..
But Lazarus comes out still bound... bound by the grave clothes.. His hands and feet.. Amazing even to think that he came out at all if he was still bound!!
Who loosed him??
Those who were with Christ.. not Christ Himself..
Made me think of the scriptures about binding and loosing!! These commands were given to us.. to bind and loose on earth.. and what we do here on earth is done in heaven also!! This is not Jesus job.. but ours!!
As I am typing this out.. also I think on the cloth over his eyes.. and face.. This was also taken off by those around Jesus!!
Does not satan cover.. the eyes of the unbelieving.. so that they cannot turn and believe..
Interesting that Jesus did not take that off.. but told those around him to do it...
It was Jesus who brought him to life.. and he came from darkness to light.. but still bound..
I thought also of the bindings which are wrapped around the dead.. We are told to raise the dead.. but how much we sometimes bind someone to death by what we say or how we pray.. We almost I see it.. speak them into death.. We see the outer man.. not the inner man which lives forever.. and we speak death.. not loosing them rather to life..
We are not to bind someone to death .. but rather loose them to life...
Isn't that amazing.. all just from those scriptures.. can anyone see anything different.. If I thought about it.. wow.. there is so much here!!
Whoops another Hee hee.. Jesus called Lazarus by name.. and rather like a command to someone already living.. not Lazarus wake up from the dead.. but rather come forth!!! As if Lazarus was still present and could come out from where he was!!!
