*Delon looked at her feet and shook his head.* Yes I know how to get in side. We are not going any were though untill you get those feet raped in sometype of material. Otherwise everyone will know we have been here and were we are. *Delon walked over to the walls and hit one spot. The trap door turned and there was a door way in front.* After you ladies.

Blaire had Flyer on a rapid gallop the whole way back to headquarters. She raced inside and shouted to all who could hear her, "I've found her!" The room became quiet and it wasn't until Drake spoke that the silence was broken. "Well, where is she?" he asked.
Blaire had been so excited about everything, that she forgot she would have to confess that she was frightened away by the winged creature. "Well, ye see, I um...well, I chased them and they ran off into the ruins. I had to leave Flyer behind and I couldn't follow them all the way on foot. She had help from two others." Blaire decided to avoid be humiliated so she left out the part about her being frightened away. Drako gathered a group of the top horsemen and they and Blaire all headed back for the ruins. They all thought the night's darkness would allow them to sneak up and capture their prey.
*A long look at Delon was all Ellendryle allowed herself, then she nods and motions Cayiro inside.* "M'friend, ye cannae go on with those feet. He's right we need to wrap them." *Ellendryle does not use her gift of healing for this, she prefers to save it for a greater need, but the faint golden glow still wells up in her hands and she hopes it is not noticed by Delon.*
"I am called Ellendryle and this is Cayiro.. how is it that ye found a way in so quickly? Nae, dinnae answer yet, we must be inside and the door closed before the enemy comes back." *Motions for Cayiro to sit down, Ellendryle wets a cloth from her waterskin and kneels at Cay's feet, preparing to wash them. * "I am glad ye are safe, m'friend.. but then ye are a lot more woodswise then m'self.."
Well simple really. Lots of these ruines used to have trap doors at the back of the place so in the older times the people who were here could get out in a emergency. I just happened to be at the right spot when I hit it. Otherwise we would have been here all night. So that means we are at the back of the ruines. Also...hey why are your hands glowing? *Delon looked up at Ellendryle and stared.* Ellendryle?

*Cayiro moves to stand and inside the ruins, waiting until the door is closed behind them all, sealing them inside. It's dark within, and although Cayiro may like the darkness, she knows that Ellen doesn't, although she isn't sure about Delon.
Glancing about, she fishes through her pockets, pulling out a flint and scraper. Finally, she sits against the wall in the darkness and pulls the pack she has been carrying to her side, digging through it. Within moments, she finds the torch that had been poking her in the back as she ran. Holding the torch between her legs, she lights it quickly, cradling the tiny flame for the few moments it took for the torch to take ablaze, lighting their area.
Cayiro offers the torch to Delon, before finally submitting to Ellendryle's request to take care of her feet.* "I can wash the wounds, m'friend. I'm nae yet an invalid. Asides, ye ken I cannae feel them." *She frowns softly, mumbling* "Didn't I give ye a pair of gloves to wear some time ago, Elle? Where are they?"
*Delon may notice that Cayiro has not taken her cloak off in his presence yet. Despite their being inside, she still keeps it tucked closely around herself. It would also be apparent to Delon that these two women knew each other well. Normally, the use of nicknames and tiny details brought up from the past indicates that. Cayiro reaches to take the wet rag from Ellen and begins wiping the wounds on her feet off haphazardly*
"I'm glad ye guys waited on me," She finally offers to both people quietly, "Thank ye for staying with Elle, dear sir. I was quite worried for ye welfare."
At Delon's question to Ellen of her hands, Cayiro frowns slightly. She glances to Ellen, then back to Delon, and simply mumbles, "Elle, I told ye that ye should have brought ye gloves..."
*Ellendryle looks down realizing that her hands are glowing and sighs* "I must have left them when I was packing to run for my life- Cayiro, there are more important things then a bit of pride.." *she turns to Delon* "Ye dinnae need to worry about the glow.. it's just a .. well I guess ye could call it an affliction of sorts" ~aye, just like hair or something~ *the elf thinks wryly*
*The light fades from her hands and she rummages in the pack for light rags and begins to wrap Cayiro's feet. * "How long do you think afore we have the horseman on our trail? I hope at least a few hours.." *replaces the unused rags in her pack and sits, resting for a few moments feeling the effects of the long run in her legs and back, and thinking of their supplies* "Delan, nae Delon isnae it? D'ye have a waterskin with ye? " *she knows that she and Cayiro both do but she hasnae taken time to notice much beyond their flight to these ruins*
((I will be out of town Sat and Sunday... have a great weekend and thanks for the rp!!))
The Horsemen had been riding for some time following Blaire's lead. She hoped she wouldn't again be frightened by anything. The sky grew dark and the only sources of light were the moon, stars, and the torches they carried with them. Blaire signaled for all to slow down, for they were approaching the ruins. Drake then took the leader's position. Blaire noticed the Horsemen's symbol engraved in a large stone. She looked at Drake and with an unexpected sound of sorrow in her voice she asked, "Did we do all of this destruction?" Drake failed to observe thistone in Blaire's voice. He smiled, an evil smile, and simply nodded. He called oput to all of them, "We must find the secret trap doors. If we don't, then destropy everything. Leave no stone unturned. Kill her friends if you must, but bring Ellendryle to me alive!"
*Cayiro glances to Delon, awaiting his reply to Ellen's question. She glances down to the bandaging of her feet and mumbles beneath her breath about how much she hates to have her feet covered. She sighs regardless, sliding her sandals back on her feet before climbing to a standing position*
"Elle, Delon... We havenae long I fear... I frightened the one scout off, but she will be back, and soon, with more hunters. I would like to bar this entrance and make quick work of finding another to escape from, but I dinnae see anything handy to use for a block. It will not do to be trapped underground with an army above and only one way out..."
*She glances to Ellen, knowing that her friend both knows and despises the last-ditch escape effort that Cayiro has in mind. Not to mention, the strain of moving three people thusly would be incredible on Cayiro's strength. As with her wings, she leaves Delon in the dark on what she speaks of currently for the moment. ...After all, it does not bode well to release all of one's secrets at one time.*
"Come, let's get moving. We can speak as we walk. Delon, ye've the torch. Take point, and let us be moving. The longer we wait, the closer our predators come."
(I'm out for the weekend as well, guys. I won't be on on Saturday, and Sunday is questionable. Have fun this weekend, Elle! )

Hours had passed. The Horsemen couldn't find the trap door. Blaire was growing tired, but she knew she couldn't give up. She circled a small area of the ruins randomly tapping points on the hard surface. She finally hit the spot. "I've found it!" she whispered loudly. She heard the hooves of the other horses racing in her direction. Drake though it best if they entered on foot. Blaire was assigned a partner, Raphael. They headed in one direction, with their torches only lighting a few inches in front of them.
