last week at my holiness group we discussed Benny Hinn apparently he is coming to Australia. Someone asked if anyone was going to see him and what did they think of his ministry. there was a long silence that said it all. no one in the group was quite sure what to think including some very learned members. so we are all going to test that spirit so w will see what we think personally i am praying for healing of myself and others.
Hi and welcome to Healing Ministry.. Yes I did get tickets in the mail to see his conference.. I think Sydney which is unfortunately too far from where I live.. but that is awesome..
There is alot of bad stuff going around about him.. so it is hard not to be put off if you listen to the wrong stuff.. but he speaks about the LORD, the blood, the cross and He sings beautiful hymns and many get healed and saved and encouraged and touched by GOD through his ministry!!
Much went about wrongly when JESUS was on earth... they called him a lunatic and misjudged him too and still do.. but HE does amazing things too and when you know HIM you recognize whom follows HIM.. when you believe he works miracles through amazing ways.. Many miss them.. but praise GOD many do believe!!

The lord is the healer. however He uses men as vessels

Do I agree with His showman ship? Is the question. You see I believe the Lord will use whomever He wills and He uses us as we come to Him in faith He is no respecter of persons so what He does for benny Hinn He will do for us if we are willing to do what Mr Benny Hinn does and that is to die to self every minute of every day be sanctified unto the Lord and comit our being to Him and Him alone That means presenting our bodies a living sacrifice holy and acceptable to Him. Is that to say we work our way into the blessings of God? I think not but there is a place we can attain in the Lord that takes sacrifice dedication and hard work I ve seen the Lord heal many people in many ways That is why I never put Him in a box and say the Lord will do this this way or he will do it that way. He alone is God and beside Him there is no other

My dear sister, the first stone was cast a long time ago. And if you think that my concern for others being sinful, then you are not viewing it as a warning.
well, of what i've seen of him, he does some strange stuff and it almost may be that he wants the attention by shocking people. nowhere in scripture does it mention that when people will hit others or shout out 'bam' they will healed. he should make it more about Jesus and test his 'manifestations of the Spirit' against scripture, as the Word of God is our highest authority and therefore should be our first port of call.

was oing to be talking about Benny Hinn>>> I posted in the dreams and visions thread about a vision inside a dream in which i saw Benny Hinn. I went to a Benny Hinn crusade with my grandmother and i had sciatic nerve pain in my left leg..e gave a word of knowledge and i accepted it for myself and i havent had that pain in my left leg since that evening, the Lord has decided to use Benny Hinn just as you and i.
I dont believe that you have to go kick people in the stomach and i dont believe that you have to say BAM BAM BAM for people to be healed or delivered... i think that is for show and for money. I do know that Benny Hinn is really used of the Lord Jesus and he has a strong annointing.
