I am kinda wondering why this thread was closed for "review" days ago and never reopened: http://www.christianforums.com/t2997...so-stupid.html
It started out as a flame war and just when the participants started discussing CvsE it gets locked.
At the same time, a Creationist troll has been flagrantly violating the rules and he continues to do so.
I don't know if the moderators are busy and that is why the decisions seem ineffective.
I am not griping either. I am curious what is up and would like better discussions here

They do not spend all of their time reading though all of the posts here. I think they tend just to respond to the complaints they get. If someone hits the "report" button, then they will look into it and make a decision as to what they should do. |

Reps: 6,295 (power: 15) | | | The reason it is not reopened is becuase I'm afraid to say it is an "unwritten" policy to stop debate on CF is to close a thread and then instead of doing what they say they will - they just let it sink hoping people forget about it.
I have been told by an ex CF Mod this is something that has been told to the Mods as a way of dealing with things. |

I followed it closely, and it started off with somebody quoting Hovindisms, and the author of the OP eventually discovering that Hovind is far less accurate than...
well...anyone... and agreeing. (Yeah, I know that is a simplification)
It was far more stimulating than some of the threads I have seen on this Board, and, as far as I can see, everybody lived happily ever after.

Then why is this particular Board headed "Creation & Evolution"? I would have thought that Evolution could be discussed on a Board that says "Evolution"
