I think that it is good for man to share that which he has learned through Science with the children in schools.

But it is not good to teach children theories without first giving them a grasp of the meaning of the word... theory.

A theory is not a fact.

It is also true that a theory is not fully supported by fact.

That last statement is where the problem lies.

Man in an attempt to be all knowledgeable will fill in the gaps of his knowledge with unsupported possibilities.

He will gloss over that which he does not know. For example...

He will not admit that his theory of evolution is not, in and of itself, capable of producing life of any kind.

Teach Science but not at the expense of the Truth.

Exactly. The constitution was written to protect the church. But now the Supreme Court has removed that protection and once again there is persecution of the church.

My family before me came to American to get away from this religious persection. We were doing fine under the Mayflower Compact. Then they tricked us into giving that up for this new constitution. It was ok for a while, but now look what it has all turned into.

I pray that it is the Christian that you mock and not God.

You are too intelligent of a person to burn your bridges.

Where in history is that statement recorded?

The founding fathers believed in Freedom of Religion..including the right to freedom from religion. (Remember the Pilgrims were fleeing religious prosecution?)

Seesaw I am not wanting religion to be taught in schools.

That is for the Church.

But the way that evolution is sometimes taught is as a sort of religion. At least many people, maybe even you, come away thinking that God is not needed.

That is the twisting of the Truth that I was referring to.
