The good news in the world! Jesus is healing

I must tell you..I am so excited! Last night, my husband and I had a 'discussion' about spiritual gifts. Well, he didn't understand me and I didn't understand him.
This morning, the Lord impressed upon one of the men in the church that He wanted to heal! So, people went forward, mostly older folks. Then, after a while, my husband went up! He is not a person to go forward with something like that...
Here (I didn't know this) his left side had been aching all week...some from his shoulder, and some I think from the meds he is on...Not only did the Lord heal him, but He also gave him a Holy Spirit baptism!! YAY! After that, our pastor talked a little bit about spiritual gifts! We looked at each other, and I just grinned from ear to ear....How cool is that!!
God is soo good! Blessed be the Name of the Lord!

I have a story myself. In March I went to a Festival of Praise (FOP) at Franciscan University of Steubenville. I received a sense/prophecy/premonition that my boyfriend, Brian, was going to be healed of his Lyme disease. The next month at the FOP I was doubting what had happened the last time. So I went to the discernment team and two girls prayed with me, and then said that they felt sure that it truly was of God, and an invitation to more intense prayer for his healing. So I go back to my place and begin a rosary for Brian.

A few minutes later, another girl comes to the front to share. She said that so many of us were praying for healings for other people, but did not pray for our own healing, for whatever reason. It occured to me that I had never prayed for my own healing. I have had POTS for two years. It's a circulatory problem that causes dizziness and fainting; I missed most of my last two years of high school because of it. I had prayed that I would be well for certain days, but never for it to be taken away for good. So I prayed, "Ok, God, while you're at it would you please heal me too?"

Almost immediately I received an image of myself as the woman in the Gospel who had hemorhaged for twelve years. I saw Jesus walking by me, and I reached out and grabbed the hem of His cloak. Jesus turned around and looked down on me with a huge smile on His face. Then he reached down and helped me to stand up, saying what He says to everyone He heals: "Your faith has made you well."

I felt much better, but little doubter that I am I wanted to test it and have my healing confirmed. So I went back to the same girls who had prayed with me before and told them what I had experienced. The one girl said that she'd had a feeling that I would be healed! And I hadn't even told her about my illness. Praise God.

That was April 1st; I haven't had any dizziness or weakness at all since that day. No sickness whatsoever.

As for Brian, his healing has not come yet. But he is in Lourdes right now, a place where God has worked many many healings. And I really believe that he will be healed there. It seems as certain to me as my own healing. Please pray that it happens! I'll give you an update next week!

Yes, I ask everyone who reads this to pray for brian to be healed! God is so good I am so excited to hear these testimonies I have another one,yesterday my mom told me she has been healed!!! She has had diabetes for a while now and her feet were getting so bad they were cracked open and infected for almost two years now they were so bad the doctor said if it didnt change she might have to have them cut off it was really bad she was in pain all the time .So people starting praying for her and it did take some time but now her feet are healed !! Thank you Jesus for you abundance of mercy and grace to bless us!! and teaching us to keep persiting in prayer even when things don't happen as soon as we think they should !! YAHH ( sorry lol my spirits really excited!! )

Praying for Brian to be healed.. and thanking God for ALL testimonies posted here.. and that people are being healed!!! And LOL.. that people are posting on this healing ministry forum!!!!! For so long it has been very inactive.. but Praise God the Spirit is moving us!! \0/

This is part of a post I shared in another thread:

My dad died in hospital and was resuscitated 3 times within the space of an hour. There were 9 doctors standing around him trying to figure out what was going wrong and how to fix it. He had a catheta (tube inserted into his bladder) inserted and while urine was meant to be coming out of it, blood was and noone could figure out why. Scans revealed that the urine was entering his body and his body was in septic shock. The doctors couldn't figure out how to reverse the situation. They let me into the emergency room to "say goodbye" and I prayed for healing. As soon as I'd finished praying the septic shock was all finished. His urine was running clear and the follow up scans showed no problems at all. He still had to stay 2 nights in Intensive Care so the doctors could monitor him and try to figure out what had happened, but there proved to be no need. He was definitely healed and they never could figure it out.
