Monday, Stretch and tone, then noon cardio class then eveing yoga
In between I saw many clients, busy day.
Tuesday, aqua fit, noon yoga, then afternoon 50+ yoga, and again, saw cleints in between.
Wednesday, a.m. yoga, afternoon taught two step classes to grades 5-6 then 7-8,
Then eveing my cardio conditioning class, we did a lot of sport specific training/drills.
Anyway, working hard this week, will carry on.

Dentist?
Body Blast class @ 5:30 (strength training class)
Weight room orientation.
Friday~clients and a circuit class at noon and 4-20 minute sessions with schools.

Soccer game on Tuesday night, that burned me out. Baseball game on Wednesday night. Soccer game coming up tomorrow (friday).

Yikes, well i guess someone had to do it eh?might as well have been little ole me.
ok yesterday 6 mile jog~~~~45 minutes.
today....went to the gym and climbed those steps.
somewhere around 500 flights of steps in 1 hr and 15 mins.....
just got home from a 1/2 hr jog.
feel like i could keep on going. ut oh sounding like the bunny.....lol

So we won my soccer game last night 4-1... good game against a group of kids about as young and athletic as us. We just outsmarted and outtalented them the whole game. Good cardio work for me, I only had a 5 minute break midway through the second half.
Workout today was 15 minute jog
10 x 24" jumps (a lot harder than I originally anticipated...)
Overhead Squats
Power Cleans
Clean Pulls (this was interesting... managed to hit myself in the groin with 200lbs of iron moving at a high rate... :S)
Squats (this was just embarrasing... I took way too long off my exercises )
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts
Seated Calf Raises
All-in-all, a good workout... I'm going to help a friend move in a bit as well as 8.5 hrs of work outside tomorrow with a 1.5 hr soccer practice and then an exhibition game afterwards. I'm going to be sore for a while...

Heh, you're certainly not the first to sack yourself doing cleans. I've been doubled over in pain more than once because of that.
