I think what seems to be the issue is i forget what i am doing and at the risk of looking silly i try not to do them infront of people....which is hard. but i will make an effort

what an awesome website.....the personal trainer is not a bad idea either just so i get accustmened to using everything...
climbed stairs for 1 hr 30 mins,1001 calories burned, wonder how accurate that is? no jog, although it is better after the jog the other day..
now if the rest of me would stop hurting i would be great!
