Monday- same as usual, Stretch and tone a.m., cardio fusion noon, three cleints in a row, then yoga. I was HUNGRY! Had a salad and watched my 10 year old's soccer game, after delivering food to my 17 year old at work who thinks I am a food delivery service that delivers food for free. I think she is right . I told
her to pack her own food, we only live 6 doors away from the garden center that she works at.

went for a jog 30 mins,
also went to the dr's the reason for the weakness is low sodium which is giving me low blood pressure which i already have, and i need to drink more.....praying tomorrow will be better.

3 hrs of jogging and walking yesterday, but not all at once on and off..
today the gym, to climb stairs and then off for a foot xray, then my 6 mile jog.

That long layoff really hurt--not so much my time, but it's not nearly as comfortable running now. It'll take time to get back to form. DD's soccer season is over, the rain has slowed, and I replaced the jogging clothes I shrunk. I'm running out of excuses to skip exercising.
Hi guys! Just the standard mix of fitness classes this week as usual! Soon, I teach my 50+ cardio/strength class followed by clients, I am not sure, I have to look at my calendar for today. This weekend is my daughters grad 12 grad. and I am the after grad girls "hot tub supervisor", which means, ofcourse, NO BOYS in the girls hot tub. It is someone else's job to keep the girls out of the boy's hot tub. Please pray for me as I am not used to staying up ALL night, I go to bed at 9:30 !
