Wednesday~the summer program at the Sportsplex is now over, so no more triple cardio Wednesdays
Wednesday (today) client in the a.m. where I did 20 minutes on the elliptical with her, then cardio class at noon, high intensity, then client at 4:30.
DONE!
Quiet time of year, and really loving that!
Booking up pretty solid for October already.
We have done major upgrades at the Sportplex, whole new downstairs weight training area (we have 2 weight rooms). Anyway, I am working for the Grand re-opening in October and I am excited to do that. The City (who runs the Sportsplex) is going to make a big splash out of the new track and training area. We have a competition size track. New floor installed.

Anyway, Thursday is Salsa making day, I grow my own hot peppers, so I am only seeing one client, and I will do the cardio with her.

My exercise for the last 2 days has consisted of installing a garage door opener, trying to decode the installation manual, and fabricating metal structural reinforcements on the door and hanging brackets.

I'm tired, but it works, finally!

Awesome! I cooked/canned salsa all day. Now I must name it. Last year I called it Salsa 911.

Hi guys, it is actually still September 8th in the a.m. here, and my birthday is the 9th. it is my brothers birthday today, so we will have him over for a chicken nacho platter with my Salsa that I named Thermonuclear Salsa 2006!
Anyway, I am off to see a client, then I will stay at work and attend the noon hour cardio class, then off to get a hair cut!
So for Friday, just a cardio class, may do some cardio with the client. Perhaps some abs, we shall see, God BLess you, J

Monday~a.m. stretch and tone with seniors,
then noon Cardio Fusion.
Later today, a client then my new class, Athletic Fusion~endurance, power and speed, followed by yoga. Lots of heart beats and sweat.

More wildlife -- dolphins!!!

Because I just can't turn my TV off and must have the news on, I needed to get away for a little while over September 10th & 11th. So i packed up and hit the water.

My running had come to a temporary halt. I'm not used to so much hot weather for so long and I just hit a wall. All i wanted to do was rest my shoes and wait until the heat had finally subsided. Then I'd hit the trail again when the temps were down at around, oh, 83 or so and under.

This area of the country is just about there but I also need to start getting out on the water in my kayak. 40 miles in 24 hours was awesome and when I got back I slept for 12 straight!

Will get back out there either on the water or on the trail in the next day or so.

Chris, sounds beautiful. I couldn't get away, so I spent a lot of the day thinking and praying for the families of those who died... May God execute His wrath through our military.

I hit the gym Saturday morning after the funeral. Didn't do a whole lot, some light benching and rowing. Was going to take the sandbag out to the soccer fields but they were all being used.

My Grandma died Monday evening. Funeral will be thursday. Viewing tomorrow. Definately dropping out from the competition I had planned on entering next week. Maybe I'll help load the bar or something.

Big Rob, again, I am sorry for the loss of your grandma too. You are having such a struggle right now, but I trust that God will uphold you and keep you strong, as He has done already.
I lost my Mother in a car accident with my Aunt and Uncle 12 years ago. It was the most awful time. I know we can get through this darker times in our lives.
I think it is a great idea for you to participate as a volunteer in the competition, you are likely too tired to compete right now. But there will be more competitions.
