What a day, I must say, Started off good, And Satan came in for attack, Caused me to be in accident, I gave it to God, I asked him to make a way, It was my son in law fault, Satan tried 2 get me angry, He tried get me down, and even frown, But Lord picked me up. I have the Joy of the Lord, Not going 2 give in to sin, Not going 2 give my Joy of the Son, To NO one, For I have the Joy of the Lord, My Precious Saviour.
Thank you Lord for your forgiveness, Thank you Lord for teaching me your ways, Thank you Lord for your example, Thank you Lord for your love letter to your people, Thank you Lord for everything you have done, But Thank you Lord mostly for your Son!!! So One day by your grace, I will see your face, And no from outer space, It will be face to face. I can't wait for this to take place.
Lord please Come, Satan the more you try to cause problems here, Only brings me closer to my Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit Comes in, I am not giving in to Sin. Thank you Lord for this Victory. All the Glory to you Lord.

I am having thoughts here. I need to answer them (the leaders of the a military cadet program)tomorrow if Josh is going to sign up. The main sticking point is that I will have to change the meeting for AC to another night. If son doesn't attend Youth Group at church, Pastor may try to pull my meetings. I am almost resigned to this. I think the Lord should come first, though. I just do not see my son getting what he is needing out of the Youth Group. I do not see much wrong, but no self discipline and lack of respect for me. I think he will get that from the other. It is too "anything goes" kind of thing at Youth Group. I want him to respect me more and he is not exhibiting the values I thought he would. Maybe I am expecting too much? He would also learn History and American War History. He would love it. I wonder if I should let him try this for the summer and then decide from there?
I may have to change churches, but I think God has been leading me to do that for a while. I am comfortable where I am. Maybe a chance to grow. I know if I step out, all heck is going to break loose.
Thank you for your prayerful answers and God Bless. Please feel free to PM me if you want to answer me that way. I am interested in all input so that I can weigh it and pray over it and decide. This is too much for me and will effect many people.

Sorry to hear about the passing of David. My thoughts, sympathy and prayers are with you and David's family.
Compassionate Father, I give you thanks for the life and witness of David. Be with his family, friends (especially Patti) and all who knew and loved him. Surround those mourning his passing with peace, comfort and support at this time. When the grief becomes too much or overbearing wrap them in your loving embrace. May those mourning David's passing know grief has no time line at all. As friends and family mourn his passing may they realise David has gone home to his Heavenly Father. Through Your Almighty Name. Amen.
