I have a question that is bothering me ever since I started studying Revelation and Daniel.
Why is the Devil released for a short time "2 times"?
Reve 12:12 because of this be glad, ye heavens, and those in them who do tabernacle; woe to those inhabiting the land and the sea, because the Devil did go down unto you, having great wrath, having known that he hath little time.'
Reve 20: 10 and the Devil, who is leading them astray, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where [are] the beast and the false prophet, and they shall be tormented day and night--to the ages of the ages.

I don't see two times.....
devil.... great wrath... knowing he hath a little time... cast into the lake of fire and brimstone... the second death.

So God test the world twice with the Devil? Where is the Scriptural reason for that? Thanks.

Reps: 14,566 (power: 38) | | The children born in the millenium will still have that pesky sin nature. EVEN with Jesus sitting on the throne and perfect goodness and justice and love in our midst. That alone told me that we humans have a BIG problem. So Satan will be released for a short while to collect his human followers and the earth will be completely purged of evil. At that point I think that humans who are left will be translated into their incorruptible bodies and the time of reproduction will be over. New heaven, new earth, big, beautiful, many mansions, Jerusalem most beautiful of all!  |

Are you saying Jesus will be sitting in Jerusalem on a literal throne?Will the jews have to go through the burden of sacrifices again? Just curious.

Actually i dont know what they were saying but the answer would be yes.
Yes jesus will be sitting on a litteral throne here on earth, and will there be sacrifices again? The answer there is yes. Remembering that salvation is by Grace through faith, that without faith it is impoosible to please God, that faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen, we see that after the return of christ, faith is not possible, as christ is here with us for all the world to see. Approximatly 1/3rd of the peaple on the planet will survive the day of the lord. Those who were saved were immidiatly translated to there new spiritual bodies and the dead in christ were risen, so we will be with christ in his temple in jerusalem. The rest of the world will get a break though as saten is bound and gaged so to speak for the 1000 years and then is loosed to tempt those who knew no temptation, only christ for the majority if not all of there lifetimes. Most of this is found toward the end of ezekial and revelation. The 1000 year reign takes place to fullfill prophacy of genisis 15v18 wich remains to be fullfilled.
